Industrial Strength Materials
Aluminum
Aluminum is durable and lightweight. It’s cost-effective when compared to brass and stainless steel. Stocked gauges: .003″/.08mm to .125″/3mm
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is durable and looks striking when etched without fill paint. Stocked gauges: .014″/.35mm to .120″/3mm.
Brass
Brass plates are etched and can be filled in color or left blank. Acid etching process is commonly used with brass plates. Stocked gauges: .014″/.35mm to .062″/1.6mm.
Anodized Aluminum
Anodized aluminum is color coated on both sides, front and back. Variety of colors are available for selection.
Zinc
The “soft” nature of zinc allows for a deep etch which can be paint-filled for added appeal. “Plating” is available in brass & bronze tones as well as in bright chrome finishes.
Mild Steel
Mild steel is a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel. It’s an ideal material when corrosion resistance is not a concern. Mild steel is easily formed and machined. Products can be painted or powder coated to add a level of corrosion resistance.
Vinyl / Polyester
Vinyl and polyester labels can fit into irregular shapes and wrap around cylinders.
Acrylic / Polycarbonate
Plates and overlays can be produced from acrylic or polycarbonate. Products are extremely lightweight and flexible.
