Anodizing: Anodizing is an electro-chemical process that makes aluminum completely weatherproof. Anodizing seals the pores in the metal and therefore extends the lifetime of a plate for many decades.
Diamond Cutting: DNPE has supplied identification products for 100 years. Our team manufactures name plates, metal tag products, and overlays using our experience, certified quality program, skilled art department, and well-oiled manufacturing process.
Die Cutting: Die-cut plates can be manufactured in almost any shape. The customer retains ownership of the die, which is stored at DNPE. The cost of the die can be amortized to reduce the initial cost of die-making.
Electro-Forming: DNPE has supplied identification products for 100 years. Our team manufactures name plates, metal tag products, and overlays using our experience, certified quality program, skilled art department, and well-oiled manufacturing process.
Embossing: Embossed plates are produced by our stamping department on the same presses used for die-cutting. Our heavy duty presses can handle almost any plate making requirement.
Engraving: Engraving allows for more control of the finished product than is possible with acid-etching. Please call one of our experts to find out which process is best for your needs.
Etching: We’ve produced acid-etched metal plates since 1911. Etched plates can be manufactured from any of our metal stocks. They can be paint filled or left natural to achieve the desired look. Polishing adds a final touch of elegance to these plates.
Forming: DNPE has supplied identification products for 100 years. Our team manufactures name plates, metal tag products, and overlays using our experience, certified quality program, skilled art department, and well-oiled manufacturing process.
Injection Molding: DNPE has supplied identification products for 100 years. Our team manufactures name plates, metal tag products, and overlays using our experience, certified quality program, skilled art department, and well-oiled manufacturing process.
Laser Engraving: DNPE has supplied identification products for 100 years. Our team manufactures name plates, metal tag products, and overlays using our experience, and certified quality program.
Machining: DNPE has supplied identification products for 100 years. Our team manufactures name plates, metal tag products, and overlays using our experience, certified quality program, skilled art department, and well-oiled manufacturing process.
Screen Printing: Our up-to-date graphics department produces film to exacting tolerances for use in screen-making. We use screen printing to produce multi-colored or single color plates. Screen printing is also an important part of the etching and anodizing processes.
Sequential Numbering: We can number your plates by stamping, engraving, etching, or laser engraving. Fulfilling orders with large numbers of sequential numbers is an everyday occurence in our plant.
